Festive Flurry

OK ... I'll get right to it ... I'm hoping to hit the FREE 9:30 am movie in aid of the Alberta Flood Relief.  There are few movies being shown this morning that are free ... and the popcorn is only $2 with 100% of the proceeds going to the charity.  I'm in!

So!  On to the card ...

Ta Da!  Yep .... love it :)  SO simple but SO pretty!  The colors are Whisper White, Pool Party and Chocolate Chip.  The sentiment is from a new set in the Holiday Mini catalogue - Joy to the World - page 24; $20.95 clear; $26.95 wood.  The fabulous snowflake is made using the new Festive Flurry set (page 30 - $36.95 clear; $48.95) and the coordinating framelits (page 30 - $30.95) .... BUT WAIT!  If you order the two items together you save 15% and the total cost is only $57.95 clear; $67.95.  Yes .... it's a big ticket items but they are truly two *toys* that will get a LOT of use!.  Right.  So - I stamped the snowflake in Pool Party and punched it out with the framelit ... and popped it up with some dimensionals.  I then colored some spots with my Chocolate Chip Marker ... and then added a jumbo rhinestone to the centre.  A strip of 2" x 5" + 2 ticks Chocolate Chip card stock adds a little punch of brown to bring it all together.

Yep.  Love it!
