In Colour Inspiration - Stampin' Creative Global Blog Hop

Happy Blog Hop Day!  Each month my friends from around the world and I bring you projects around a common theme, using only current Stampin' Up! products.  We hope our projects inspire you!

This month our theme is "In Colour Inspiration".  THAT gives us lots of wiggle room for sure!  I could have shared DOZENS of projects using the NEW In Colours, not to mention the OLD In Colours! ... but I had to pick one.  This was the winner ...
Just LOOK at all the delicious layers and dimensions on this card!
I love ALL the new 2021-2022 In Colours but settled on the gorgeous Fresh Freesia.  Purple is my favourite colour.  Combined with Blackberry Bliss this colour really pops, don't you think?  I let the In Colour Designer Series 6" x 6" paper do "all the talking" on this one.  When you have pretty paper you don't NEED much else!  The Layering Circle dies created the sentiment focal point, using the Biggest Wish Stamp set.

The Designer Paper Dimensions are:
2 1/2" x 2 1/2"
2" x 4" and
1" x 4"

The mat layers are just 1/4" larger ... so the Blackberry Bliss mats measure:
2 3/4" x 2 3/4"
2 1/4" x 4 1/2" and
1 1/4" x 4 1/4"

So easy!

I LOVE this layout.  It's SO versatile!  I CASEd it from my downline, Sharon Clark, when she sent me this swap:
Switch out the papers and the sentiment and the options are endless!
Here is my "In Colour Inspiration" card again ..
Give this layout ... and the In Colour papers ... a go!  I'd love to see what you come up with!

Now hop a long to see what my friends have to share with you ... and have a stampy day!

What's Cookin'? - Kylie's - Maui Achievers Blog Hop

Happy Blog Hop Day!  I'm Tamara Bertram, crafting to you from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  Thanks for popping in!  Each month Demonstrators from around the world showcase projects using only current Stampin' Up! products.  We hope we can inspire you by sharing what we love!

This month I'm sharing a project I made using the What's Cookin' Bundle of products.  These are PERFECT for those who love cooking AND for those who have food-based businesses, such as Epicure, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Sunset Gourmet and so on.  Check out what I made!

Wouldn't this be a fun card to send to a friend with your favourite recipe inside? .. or (if you are a food rep) a thank you for a hostess who held a party for you?  The dies and In Good Taste designer paper do all the work!

The Pool Party layer was run through our Brick &Mortar 3-D Embossing Folder and measures 4 3/4" x 3 1/2".
The Crumb Cake layer measures 4" x 2 3/4" and is popped up on dimensionals
The In Good Taste tile paper layer measures 3 3/4" x 2 1/2"

I cut the pizza board (I THINK that's what it is!) out of Crumb Cake card stock
I cut the whisk (LOVE IT!) out of Smoky Slate (I added some Wink of Stella to the "wire" section)
I cut the flipper out of Basic Grey card stock
I cut the spatula out of Basic White and coloured the handle with my Light Pool Party Blend
I cut two 6" pieces of our linen Bakers Twine and tied it in a bow for the finishing touch

I stamped the sentiment in Early Espresso

That's it!  It comes together really quickly!  There are SO many adorable options for this bundle!  If you live in Canada and don't have a demonstrator you can purchase any of the items I used for my project through my online store.  Just click any of the product pictures below!

That's all for today.  Hop along to see what Jennifer Michalski has to share with you ... and have a stampy day!

Tamara's Virtual Summer 2021 BOGO Sale

In case you aren't familiar with how my online BOGO sale works, let me explain it:
  • Although I love all my friends from around the world, only those in Canada can take part in my sale.  We aren't allowed cross-border selling :(
  • The sale begins Thursday, June 24th at 6:30 pm Mountain time and ends Tuesday, June 29th at midnight, Mountain Time
  • Shop early for the best selection - items are "first-commented, first-served"
  • Current club member and Tamara's Trailblazers have early bird access starting Thursday, June 24th at noon, Mountain Time.
  • I will upload photos of my retired Stampin' Up! products into albums in this Facebook Group ("Tamara's Virtual Summer BOGO Sale")
  • You must request to join this Facebook Group to shop.  Don't have a FB account?  It's free to create one or get a friend who has an account to help you shop.
  • I will approve all requests to join the group when the virtual "doors open' at 6:30 pm MT on the 24th (noon for my club members and Trailblazers)
  • I will set up albums for all the different categories of products I have.  Each photograph in each category will list the product and the "price". NOTE:  The product isn't actually for sale .. it is FREE with an order for NEW product of equal value.  So, for example, if I have a set listed with "$40" that means it is FREE with an order of NEW product valued at $40 (or more.
    • People often ask "Can I just buy it, without placing and order for new stuff?"  No.  This is a BOGO sale - Buy One, Get One.  You ca't buy the retired product flat out - you buy NEW product and you get the retired item for free.  There are many other FB sites whereby you can just buy retired product.  The idea of MY sale is that you get twice as much bang for your buck.  If you place an order for $75 you are actually getting NEW product valued at $75 PLUS my RETIRED item(s) for free ... and my retired stuff is valued at LEAST at $75, likely more!  I get rid of my stash, I get orders and you get twice free stuff.  Win/win!
  • OK ... back to how it works ...
  • You will go through my albums and choose what you want from my retired product,  Comment on each photograph "Me, Please!"  As I mentioned, first-commented, first-served!
  • Total up the names and value of the items you want and email or message them to me.  This serves as a double check that I haven't missed any comments in the albums.  I will verify the list, and that the item(s) you want are available.  I will then message you to confirm the amount your order needs to be in order for you to get the retired products,
  • You have 24 hours to place your order through my online store here.  If you do not then the item(s) you requested will go to the next person who commented.
    • Alternatively, if you want to save on shipping and can do porch pick up at my home (Edmonton), you can email or message me your order and I will place it for you.
  • You pay the shipping and taxes on your NEW product; I will pay the shipping to send you the retired products if you are long distance.
I think that's it!  If you have any questions let me know, otherwise I hope to see you on the 24th!

*** You can request to join the Facebook group NOW, I just won't "let you in" until the 24th.
