Double Vision / Eclipse Card - SO easy! MCM layout Apr 20, 2026

Happy Tuesday!!!  Did you catch MCM last night?  As I mentioned in my Live, I've seen these "Double Vision" or "Eclipse" cards EVERYWHERE this week!  I needed a quick and easy card for tonight so here we are - SO quick and easy ... yet LOVELY!  I cracked off three versions in NO time.  As you know "simple" isn't my "go-to" but I can get on board with these - the paper does ALL the work.  Check them out ...

For this one, the paper is from Beautiful Gallery, sentiment is from (the May 5, 2026 release) Phrases & Frames.  Embellishments are from Natural Matte Dots ...

This one uses paper from Scenic Coast, sentiment Scalloped Blooms - both to be released May 5, 2026.  Embellishment are also new May 5, 2026 - Sunset Sparkle Sequins.

This one is made using the Sunflower 3D Embossing folder, and was inspired by a card I saw from Laura Seki over at Southridge Studios.  GORGEOUS!  She used our soon-to-be-released Floral Spray Embossing Folder.  SO pretty!  The sentiment on this one is from the May 5, 2026 release, Scalloped Blooms.  The embellishments are Pearls of Beauty.

This is the card my friend Leanne gave me, which started it all.  Gorgeous!  She used the Gallery Blooms paper,  Heartfelt Hexagon Punch and embossed the sentiment from Forever Florals.

SUCH an easy layout that gives a real "WOW!" factor.  Want to make one?  Here is the "recipe" of the pieces you need to prep ...

... and here is the Mystery Card Monday (MCM) Facebook Live replay, showing you how to cut the papers and put all the pieces together ...

A great layout for "quick and simple" and mass producing but you can also add texture, layers and/or more die cuts/embellishments to jazz it up.  Try it!

That's it for this week.  If you would like to join me LIVE for my MCM (Mystery Card Monday) sessions, you can catch me on my FaceBook Page here at 7:00 pm Mountain Time every Monday ... or on my YouTube Channel here at the same time (I stream live to both).  Like and Follow my FB Page and/or Subscribe to my YouTube Channel.  I'd love to have you - the live community is AMAZING and so much fun!

If you live in Canada and would like to purchase any of the items I used for my cards, just click any of the pictures below and you will be taken to my Stampin' Up! online store.  (I apologize that not all products are shown!  When I do a blog post before the product is available for sale I can't add it to the list shown below.)  Thank you!  I appreciate your support!

Stay amazing!
